THE CONJURING 3 AT THE BOX OFFICE

The Conjuring 3 which has been an anticipated title for horror movie lovers, is finally here. Streaming on HBO max and also at the big screen. It has also opened in 41 more markets and this franchise has now been able to make a total $1.86 billion. Although James Wan has stepped down as the director of the franchise, it was still a great movie. it wasn't as scary as I expected it to be, but it was heavily driven towards story, which is something lacking by a host of other horror movies.

According to yahoo finance, here are the numbers for June 4-6

1. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It— $24 million

2. A Quiet Place Part II — $20 million

3. Cruella — $11.2 million

4. Spirit Untamed— $6.2 million

5. Raya and the Last Dragon — $1.3 million

6. Wrath of Man — $1.3 million

7. Spiral—$900k

8. Godzilla vs. Kong— $500k

9. Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train— $450k

10. Dream Horse— $230k
